well everything started off bad,and got somewhat worse.i booked my inital appoinent for a set of eyelashes almost 2 weeks in advance, the day of my appointment i get an email and text about 1 hour before my appointment advising me that they(you) could not accommodate me.I found that very unprofessional to let me know 1 hour before that you camt accomodate me for the appointment i booked.i was very upset and finally the woman who emailed me told me she would squeeze me in and she completely made me feel like she was doing me a favour, when in fact she was giving me another time for an appointment other then my original appointment.fine i went.she explained how it works and how to brush my eyelashes,
.when i was doing my wyelashes she explained it was 10$/a week for refills minimum 20$.bow when i booked my refil for 1 week and a half later once i left the salon.(again booking way in advance)
On the day of my refill i get a email and text advising they cant not accommodate my appointment time(again i booked way in advance), so they finally agreed to book me in for a much earlier Appointment..that was a mistake because in the first place they could not accomodate me because the texhnician had an errand to do.
(so working around her schedule)when she did my refill it took 15 mins even a bit less because she was in a rush, when i got up to pay she told me 30$,
i looked at her and told her i was told 10$/ a week, and i was given this information a week and a half before.well she said prices were raised..they should have done something to inform cuatomers because i had no idea.
Once i left from my refill appointment i went online and booked another appointment for 2 weeks. And guess what happened at about 8am(my appointment was at 10),i get an email and text advising they can not accommodate my appointment once again.the excuse was the technician i was booked with was not coming in to work.the other funny thing is i booked with a specific technician but i was getting my refil by someone i was not booked with.i did not approciate that they did not advise me that i would be with someone else.so back and fouth texting explaining how angry i was now,the woman texted me saying she will see what she can do to find a place for me with another trchnician.this was the text i got around 9am.coming on 11am and being in the area close to the salon i texted her asking if she can take me.no answer.i finally got a text back at 5 pm saying she just saw the text and she would taking me the following day.i then informed her ithat i had no choice but to go somewhere else(which i did that same day).she told me im sorry but she understood, now i went ro another place where it was a tad more expensive but closer to my home.when i was doing the refill the Lady at the new place kept asking if i cleaned my lashes with a product or soap or anything,i told her i was never told to,she explained is important to do to prevent crust and infection.i was very shocked that this was never explained to me.
I am so very unhappy about all that happened with my experience here and shocked that this is how you treat customers.this is not the way to treat customers.Advising customers that you can not accommodate them an hour or so before their appointment which they booked in advance.
With all this that happened i had no choice. myself,my daughter and her friend have all taken our business else where.there is only so many times that i can tolerate this.
Stephanie has much experience and know-how, beautiful and natural lashes. The only thing I didn't like was resting my head on a towel that was used by so many others before me. At the very least, turn it over.
